story titled "AIDS conference to debate HIV, circumcision link." The story includes
Dr. Emmanuel Otolorin, Regional Senior Technical Advisor, Jhpiego/Nigeria, speaking on
the popularity of a male circumcision program [supported by Jhpiego] in Zambia.
